Online Booking

• Bookings are confirmed online, you will receive booking confirmation by email as soon as your credit card is approved.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking with a valid credit card.
• Please present the booking confirmation, upon check in at our front desk.

Direct Booking

• Rooms are subject to availability.
• Full payment for your accommodation must be settled upon check-in.

Cancellation

• In the event that you need to cancel your room booking the total payment made is forfeited. Torres Accommodation does NOT provide any refunds.
• Minimum for cancellation is 7 days in the low season and 14 days in the high season before arrival or check in date. The credit equivalent to the value of booking minus 1 night charge cancellation fee will be deposited into guest’s account for new dates. The amount in credit is not transferable to any account and is not exchangeable for cash.
• Our cancellation policy clearly states in contract agreement and on our reservation page to all partisan-wholesaler/travel agents.

Room Rate

• The room rate may vary per night based on demand and availability. Room rates will not be altered once the room booking is confirmation by us, unless the room booking is cancelled.
• Room are cleaned and made up daily. Linen is changed every 3 nights. You may contact our front desk for daily towel and linen change.
• Room rate includes sheets, bedding, towels, toiletries, air conditioning, TV local, Channel TV (on demand), safety deposit box and free Wi-Fi.

Check in and Check out

• Your accommodation at Torres Accommodation will be available for check in no earlier than 1.00 PM on the day of your arrival. Your room booking will be held until 4.00 PM unless notified of your flight details and or check in time.
• Check out time is no later than 12.00 PM unless otherwise arranged.
• Day use until 6.00 PM extra surcharge IRD 150.000.

Children and Extra Beds

• One child under 6 years stay’s free of charge when using existing beds.
• One older child or adult is charged IDR 175.000 per person per night for an extra bed.
• The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
• Not all types of rooms allowed for extra beds.
• Any type of extra beds is available upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

Credit Card

• Accepted Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard.
• Tuban Torres Accomodation reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
