Online Booking

• Bookings are confirmed online, you will receive booking confirmation by email as soon as your credit card is approved.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking with a valid credit card.
• Please present the booking confirmation, upon check in at our front desk.

Direct Booking

• Rooms are subject to availability.
• Full payment for your accommodation must be settled upon check-in.

Cancellation

• High Season (1 July - 31 August)
• Cancellation or modifies occurs up to 7 days before check in date, no fee will be charged
• Peak Season (20 December - 5 January)
• Cancellation or modifies occurs up to 8 days before check in date, no fee will be charged
• Low Season
• Cancellation or modifies occurs up to 3 days before check in date, no fee will be charged
• No show
• Cancellation or modifies later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged

Room Rate

• The room rate may vary per night based on demand and availability. Room rates will not be altered once the room booking is confirmation by us, unless the room booking is cancelled.

Check in and Check out

• Your accommodation at Mahalini will be available for check in no earlier than 2.00 PM on the day of your arrival.
• Check out time is no later than 12.00 PM unless otherwise arranged.

Children

• One child under 6 years stay’s free of charge when using existing beds.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

• Accepted Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard.
• Mahalini reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
