Cancellation / Prepayment

In the event that you need to cancel your room booking the total payment made is forfeited. Bali Aman Darling Peaceful Garden does NOT provide any refunds. Minimum for cancellation is 7 days in the low season and 14 days in the high season before arrival or check in date. The credit equivalent to the value of booking minus 1 night charge cancellation fee will be deposited into guest’s account for new dates. The amount in credit is not transferable to any account and is not exchangeable for cash.

• Pets are not allowed.

Other Policies

• Cash back will be given 25% for monthly guests.
• Electricity is charged for long staying guests more than one week, based on the indicated meter.
• Extra bed for children under the age of 6, is charged IDR 200.000 per night.
• Additional charges will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and must be paid separately when you stay at the hotel.
